Please allow us to briefly introduce our core activities and services.
Our company specializes in the repair and sourcing of industrial electronic equipment (PLCs, LCD displays, touch panels, HMIs, drive controllers, frequency converters, power supplies, hand tools, etc.). In addition, we also undertake the complete refurbishment of electric motors and pumps.
Our qualified engineers and instrumentation technicians possess several decades of professional experience in this field.
Our primary objective is to restore faulty electronic equipment in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner possible. In cases where repair is not feasible, we strive to offer suitable replacement solutions, including both refurbished and new components, depending on our customers’ requirements.
We provide direct technical services to manufacturing companies, supporting the diagnosis and resolution of production line failures and industrial equipment malfunctions, regardless of the manufacturer or industry profile.
We maintain daily and project-based cooperation with nearly one thousand companies throughout Hungary.
Inspection and Repair Process:
- We provide free collection and transportation of electronic equipment intended for inspection or repair. Alternatively, customers may send the equipment directly to our facility at their convenience.
- All diagnostic inspections are carried out in our workshop independently of the manufacturer, model, or age of the equipment.
- Following the inspection process, we inform our customers whether the module is repairable. If repair is possible, we provide a quotation including the estimated repair cost and expected turnaround time.
Repair feasibility and completion time may depend on several factors, including the extent of the fault, component availability, procurement lead times, and other technical considerations.
- Once the quotation has been accepted, the repair process is initiated upon written confirmation.
Any chargeable service is performed exclusively upon written order confirmation.
- If the equipment is deemed beyond repair, we can either dispose of it free of charge upon request or return it to the customer at no additional cost at a pre-arranged time.
- All repaired equipment is covered by a 6-month warranty.
Our workshop and office are located in Debrecen, Hungary. Through our contracted logistics partners, we are able to provide the necessary equipment and support within 12–24 hours across the entire country.
